Thank you for your interest in the role of Chief Executive Officer at Beyond Reflections. After several years of exceptional leadership from our current CEO, we are seeking a successor who can guide the organisation into its next stage of growth, stability, and impact. Beyond Reflections exists to support the mental well-being of Trans+ people and those around them. Our focus is on helping individuals build resilience, navigate challenges, and feel empowered to live authentically. At every stage, our members remain at the heart of what we do.

The need for our services continues to grow as the Trans+ community faces increasing  political and social pressures. As Chief Executive, you will play a central role in strengthening and scaling our work so that more people can access the support they deserve. Collaboration will be key, and we are eager to build stronger partnerships with other charities, including broader LGBTQIA+ organisations, to ensure Trans+ people are fully supported across the sector.

We are seeking a values-driven, collaborative leader who can effectively implement the Board’s vision while bringing strategic clarity and compassion to the organisation. This is an exciting time to join Beyond Reflections. You will work with a committed Board of Trustees, dedicated staff, and supportive funders, with the opportunity to shape the next phase of our growth and deepen our impact.
