Navigating the EHRC Guidance on Sex and Gender
On August 5th 2026, the EHRC Guidance on the 2025 Supreme Court Ruling on 'sex' in the Equality Act 2010 came into action. We know that for our community and allies this is a difficult time, and that the guidance itself is very long and complicated as to what action organisations should take.
Since the guidance passed through Parliament, our trustees have been working hard to understand the guidance and create a document that gives practical advice for trans+ people, employers and service providers. You can download this document by clicking the button below.
